    ●Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, you can apply for a return within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and instructions.
    ●Return Process:

    ○We will provide you with a return authorization and the relevant return address.
    ○Send the product back to the designated address together with the original packaging.
    ●Return Cost: Unless the product is defective or wrong, the shipping cost of the return is borne by the customer.
  2. Exchange Policy
    ●Exchange Limit: If you need to exchange, you must apply within 30 days of receiving the product. The exchanged product must be unused and in its original packaging.
    ●Exchange Process:

    ○ We will provide you with an exchange authorization and the relevant return address and instructions.
    ●Exchange Costs: Shipping costs incurred for exchanges are usually borne by the customer, but for exchanges caused by product defects or errors, shipping costs will be borne by us.

    ● Once we receive the returned item and confirm its status, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed, and please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect the refund.
